ACDIS update: Posting your job on the ACDIS Career Center

For some lucky facilities, the new year means adding new CDI positions to the budget. The ACDIS Career Center provides a venue for such programs to reach qualified CDI professionals looking for new professional opportunities.

Now through January 31, 2018, those who enter the code ACDISYES at checkout, receive 15% off their job post.

But, you may be wondering how to post a job in the first place. To help you get started, the ACDIS team put together a how-to.

Please note that ACDIS members get two free job postings per year and additional discounts after that. If you’re a member and looking to post, please contact ACDIS Editor Linnea Archibald larchibald@acdis.com for a specific how-to on getting your discount.

  1. Go to www.acdis.org and click on the “Career Center” tab along the top menu. On the landing page, you’ll see a “Visit the Career Center” button. Click the button to go to the Career Center.
  2. Click on “Post a Job” in the top right corner of the landing page.
  3. Scroll down and click on whichever posting option you’d like. It’ll take you to a log on page. If you don’t have one already, set up an account on the Career Center at this point. Then, you’ll have to repeat the first sentence of this step again.
  4. Select the price/duration point from the options list and proceed to fill out the rest of the job details.
  5. Click “Continue” when you’re finished entering details. The next page will be optional add-on items. Choose what you want and click “Add upgrades” or “No thanks” at the bottom of the page.
  6. The next page will let you finalize your order and add in a payment method. If you have a coupon code (including the member coupon), enter your discount code in the coupon code blank and click “Add coupon.” Continue entering the required details until you finish the form.
