In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, telehealth visits have become a prevalent way for patients to check in with providers for non-emergent services.
It’s likely that with these new appointment types, there will have to be adapted measures for provider communication, reimbursement, and documentation. So ACDIS is asking, has your CDI department gotten involved in reviewing telehealth documentation?
