Associate Editorial Director's Note: Couples therapy for CDI and technology

​I have a love/hate relationship with technology. Some days, I am so very thankful for the ways it’s enabled me to keep in touch with loved ones who live far away, engage with artists and writers on social media, and even just enjoy a perfectly crafted dog-related Tweet. Other days, however, I would like to throw my phone and computer into the ocean and walk off into the woods where no one can ever contact me again.
