Certification update: Apply for the CCDS-O Exam

The Certified Clinical Documentation Specialist-Outpatient (CCDS-O) exam application is now available for individuals who want to sign up to take the exam.

The exam is projected to launch in January 2019. We invite you to be among the first to earn the new certification.

Complete and submit the exam application at your convenience. Do not make a payment, though—we will invoice you once we establish the exam start date.
