Meet a Member: ‘Light-bulb moments’ special for Alabama CDI
Jeff Morris, RN, BSN, CCDS, started his career in CDI four-and-a-half years ago. Before that, Morris worked as a nurse for more than 15 years in adult critical care, emergency, and ambulatory settings before moving to pediatric emergency and outpatient sedation. Now, he’s the CDI supervisor at the University of South Alabama Health System and a co-leader of the Alabama ACDIS chapter. Morris has been married for 15 years and has two sons, ages eight and four. He spends his free time near the ocean and enjoys photography, being with his family, and trips to Disney World.
