Newsletters: 10 samples from anemia to stroke
ACDIS Advisory Board member Timothy N. Brundage, MD, created these sample CDI sample newsletters which he shares with physicians at his facility. They include:
- Anemia
- ATN
- Bacteremia
- Encephalopathy
- Functional quadriplegia
- GI bleed
- Hypertension
- Symptom documentation
- Present on admission
- Stroke
The Forms & Tools Library Committee notes that some of these do not include reference to standard definitions and CDI specialists may wish to vet or ammend the newsletter for use at their own facilities.
