ACDIS update: Safety updates for the 2021 ACDIS Conference

We look forward to seeing you at the ACDIS Conference, being held October 24-28, 2021 in Dallas, Texas!

ACDIS places the highest priority on the safety of our guests. In preparation for the conference and pre-conference workshops, we want to share the following measures we are taking to promote health and well-being:

• Masks are required for all in attendance at the event, regardless of vaccination status. Masks may be removed while actively eating or drinking.
• Meeting rooms will be set up to allow for social distancing.
• Food service will follow the safety guidelines implemented by the hotel. This includes single served options or attendant served stations.
• Sanitizing stations will be set up throughout the meeting space for the convenience of our attendees, exhibitors, speakers, and staff.

To safeguard all those in attendance, we ask that you stay home if you are feeling sick, have tested positive for COVID-19, are awaiting the results of a COVID-19 test, or are showing COVID-19 symptoms.

All attendees should take the time to review the event registration and cancellation policy.

We will continue to monitor the COVID-19 environment and the recommended health and safety guidelines to ensure we provide the safest conference environment possible. If we feel it necessary to adjust our policies and procedures as we approach the event date, we will communicate those changes to you.
