Do you have a passion for CDI education and a drive to make a difference for the CDI community? ACDIS is growing and is currently seeking fulltime CDI instructors to join our ranks, and we’d love to receive your application!
Our instructors—or more formally, ACDIS CDI education specialists—play a pivotal role in developing comprehensive educational content tailored to CDI initiatives. This includes crafting and teaching materials for boot camps, webinars, online learning, and written articles.
As the primary teacher for ACDIS-sponsored CDI Boot Camps and various client engagements, the CDI education specialists deliver both virtual and live on-site instruction, fostering an interactive and engaging learning environment. Given the nature of the role, occasional travel is required to effectively serve clients and facilitate educational sessions nationwide.
We are seeking someone who has Registered Nurse (RN) licensure or certification as a Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA) or Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT), as well as a CCDS and/or CCDS-O certification, with more than four years of experience in CDI, proficiency in public speaking and teaching/education, experience in educational content development, strong organizational skills, and an ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
