Local Chapter Update: Summer events heat up

CDI Strategies - Volume 9, Issue 11

More than 30 ACDIS chapter leaders joined us in San Antonio for the ACDIS conference. They hosted after-hour events and participated in a leadership round table to talk about best practices and discuss difficulties associated with organizing successful chapter events. Believe it or not, there are more than 100 volunteer leaders devoting a portion of their lives to ensure that their neighbors and peers have access to affordable CDI education and networking.

That’s right, volunteer leaders.

These individuals donate their time and effort to gather speakers, apply for continuing education credits, locate an appropriate host, and in some cases even supply snacks and lunch for their events. If you are not currently a chapter member, please visit the ACDIS website www.acdis.org and connect with a local chapter near you.
