Note from the Membership Manager: Looking forward to 2021

It’s hard to believe this is our last edition of the CDI Leadership Insider (CLI) for 2020. Actually, it’s hard to believe we’re at the end of 2020 at all. This year has been extraordinarily difficult for everyone and I know those in the Council’s ranks were not left unscathed.
In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, you’ve sent your staff to work remotely from home (in some cases for the very first time), you’ve dealt with furloughs and layoffs due to low censuses and slashed budgets, you’ve taken on roles outside of CDI to cope with COVID surges, you’ve shown an immense amount of resilience and dedication to your profession.
It has been a true honor to work with you this year, to see your struggles and successes first-hand.
