One step at a time: Career suggestions from the top rung

CDI programs are growing— hiring new team members and expanding beyond basic CC/MCC capture. That means CDI managers need to create a comprehensive set of job descriptions and professional expectations.

This added structure will help the program not only hire the right person for the job, but also train that individual effectively, as well as nurture the existing CDI team so its members can take on advanced responsibilities—and better compensation—further down the line.
