Respond to our leadership certificate feedback survey
ACDIS is currently exploring options for a leadership certificate program. The program would consist of 12 months of leadership education (concerning both management and CDI-specific skills), including expert-led online training as well as small group discussions. The program would culminate in a capstone project and presentation, and candidates would receive feedback on the project from experts and potentially fellow candidates.
In addition to receiving the certificate, candidates would also have the opportunity to claim CCDS/CCDS-O CEUs. Those who earn the certificate would have the option to renew their certificate on a regular basis. Renewing would allow certificate holders to continue receiving benefits that could potentially include alumni calls, additional training, and discounts on CCDS/CCDS-O renewal (when bundled with leadership certificate renewal).
