The program was titled, “The Matter of Mortalities: Educating Providers on “Why” Their Words Matter, Diagnosis Capture, Documentation Integrity, Risk Adjustment, and Mortality Measurement,” and was presented by Lisa Fuller, BSN, RN, CCDS.
