ACDIS update: Apply or tell your advisors about the Physician Advisor Mastermind!

Each year, ACDIS is proud to bring together a small group of physicians dedicated to brainstorming ideas and problem-solving challenges through an initiative known as the ACDIS Physician Advisor Mastermind. Mastermind members advance concrete business goals and help their peers do the same by sharing challenges, strategy, and accountability through a combination of virtual and in-person meetings.

This group meets virtually every other month to discuss issues that are relevant to physician advisors and the challenges they face in their role. During discussions, you’ll serve as both advisor and advisee, drawing on your experience to help fellow members overcome obstacles and capitalize on opportunities, then benefiting from their counsel when it’s your turn in the hot seat. Each meeting will be facilitated by an ACDIS editorial team member in collaboration with two Mastermind members in the to kick off the discussion at hand.

There’s no fee to join. Instead, members are selected based on their commitment to participate in regular meetings, share and receive advice generously, and make meaningful progress in their careers.

Note: Eligible candidates must be licensed to practice medicine in the United States (MD or DO) AND currently serve in a physician advisor to CDI/utilization review/utilization management/case management role.
