ACDIS update: 2026 Physician Advisor Mastermind applications close December 1!

Each year, ACDIS brings together a small cohort of physician advisors dedicated to brainstorming ideas and solving challenges. This group is known as the Physician Advisor Mastermind and meets virtually every other month to discuss issues that are relevant to physician advisors.

In each meeting, two physician advisors take their turn sitting in the “hot seat,” presenting a challenge or question to the group and soliciting feedback. This allows members of the group to problem-solve in real time and gain valuable perspective from their peers. There’s no fee to join. Instead, members are selected based on their commitment to participate in regular meetings, share and receive advice generously, and make meaningful progress in their careers.
