ACDIS update: CDI in home health—Focus group volunteers sought

ACDIS is seeking to learn more about CDI efforts in the home healthcare space. This is driven in part by the recent implementation of the Patient-Driven Groupings Model (PDGM). We are gathering a focus group to discuss identified CDI opportunities and best practices and are seeking applicants with experience in this area.

If your hospital owns or works with a home health agency, or if you as a CDI professional are involved in efforts to improve continuity of care and accuracy of reimbursement through improved accuracy of physician/clinician documentation related to home healthcare, please complete the survey here.

Selected applicants will have the opportunity to participate in a moderated one-hour focus group conducted via conference call.
