ACDIS update: Do you reconcile SOI/ROM mismatches?
From time-to-time, the ACDIS team receives questions from the membership that we may not have an immediate answer to. As ACDIS exists in part to serve and help CDI professionals in their day-to-day work, the solution often comes in the form of a new polling question on the ACDIS website.
Last week, ACDIS received an email from a member asking how many CDI programs reconcile severity of illness (SOI)/risk of mortality (ROM) mismatches. So, ACDIS opened a polling question to get to the bottom of this member’s question.
