ACDIS update: Don’t forget your CEUs for the latest ACDIS Podcast episode on remote work!

The new episode of the ACDIS Podcast is now available, and we’re excited to cover a hot topic in and out of the CDI world. This week’s guest was Vanessa Elliott, BSN, RN, CCDS, enterprise system CDI educator, at WVU Medicine in West Virginia, who talked about the state of remote CDI work along with insight from the newly published 2022 CDI Salary Survey report. Listen in on how working remotely has influenced CDI work and how it’s predicted to in the future, and remember to get your 0.5 ACDIS CEUs after the episode!

For the first two days after the episode's publishing (till Friday at 11 p.m. eastern), you’ll have the opportunity to claim the 0.5 CEUs by responding to the associated episode survey. After that point, the CEU link will close, but listeners will still be able to access the episode on the website or their podcast app.

To receive your 0.5 CEUs, go to the show page on acdis.org, located under the “Resources” tab by clicking “The ACDIS Podcast” and then “State of remote CDI work” in the list under the show description (or click this link: https://acdis.org/acdis-podcast/state-remote-cdi-work). To take the evaluation, press play on the podcast recording at the bottom of the show page on acdis.org and listen through until the live link is shown at the very end (the video must be completely ended for the link to appear), which you can click to take a brief evaluation. Your certificate will be automatically emailed to you upon submitting the evaluation.

The cut-off for today’s episode CEU is Friday, February 3, at 11:00 p.m. eastern. After that point, the CEU period will close, and you will not be eligible for the 0.5 CEUs for this week’s episode.
