ACDIS update: New episode of the ACDIS Podcast out now, CEUs available until Friday!
The newest ACDIS Podcast episode is out now and focused on mortality reviews.
This week, our guest was Keisha Downes, BSN, RN, CCDS, CCS, MBA-HM, CDI director at Tufts Medicine health system in Boston, who answered questions on mortality reviews from ACDIS Editorial Director Linnea Archibald. The episode also features a conversation with three members of the ACDIS team about everything going on within the association right now!
As a reminder, the ACDIS Podcast now offers 0.5 ACDIS CEUs per episode. For the first two days after the episode's publishing (till Friday at 11 p.m. eastern), you’ll have the opportunity to claim the 0.5 CEUs by responding to the associated episode survey. After that point, the CEU link will close, but listeners will still be able to access the episode on the website or their podcast app.
To receive your 0.5 CEUs, go to the “ACDIS Podcast” page on acdis.org, located under the “Resources” tab, or click here. Then, to take the evaluation, view the podcast recording at the bottom of the show page on acdis.org (you’ll find each individual episode’s page linked below the main landing page’s description) and click the live link shown at the end of the video. Your certificate will be automatically emailed to you upon submitting the brief evaluation.
The cut-off for this week’s episode CEU is Friday, January 20, at 11:00 p.m. eastern. After that point, the CEU period will close, and you will not be eligible for the 0.5 CEUs for this week’s episode.
