ACDIS update: Submit your CDI education advice to the CDI Journal by June 1!
Can the CDI profession even be explained without using the word “education”? Whether you’re talking about educating providers, CDI staff, other departments or stakeholders, or just self-education, documentation integrity can’t be achieved without bridging gaps and sharing information—which is why we’ve decided to cover all these aspects of education in the next edition of the CDI Journal!
If you are interested in sharing your advice under the wide topic of CDI education, we’d love to receive your submission. Our Journal articles tend to be within the range of 750-1,500 words and feature both anecdotal and officially sourced information and advice from CDI professionals. Plus, articles selected for publication in the CDI Journal will be awarded ACDIS CEUs on a 0.5 CEU per 350 published words basis.
The deadline for submissions is Sunday, June 1, 2025, and we welcome any topic under the theme of education!
To submit an article for the CDI Journal, please fill out this form! All contributor articles are reviewed by our editorial team, and we’ll send back an edited copy for your review prior to publication. If you have questions or would like to get further information on the publication process, please reach out to ACDIS Editor Jess Fluegel (jess.fluegel@hcpro.com).
We look forward to reading your submission!
