Conference corner: 2022 materials now available

If the key to success in CDI work is continuing education, the door of success is who you learn it from. While it’s impossible to capture all the rich learning that occurred at the 2022 ACDIS conference, ACDIS members can now access the materials from 50 of the conference sessions prepared by fellow CDI peers!

To find these slides, head over to the “Events and Education” tab of the ACDIS website and click on “National Conference” in the drop-down menu. From there, click on “Materials” on the left menu to discover all the materials from past conferences, including the most recently updated 2022 conference! You can access this page by clicking the “Resources” tab of the ACDIS website as well; you’ll just need to filter for the category “Conference Materials.”

What are the possible benefits of reviewing conference materials? Reviewing for your own general knowledge is a great first reason, but there are plenty of others. CDI programs and local chapters can use this information for their own educational events. Those looking to present at future conferences can reference the materials for what has been covered, what hasn’t, and how, as they curate their own ideas. Last, you can get inspired on topics for poster presentations or articles. ACDIS is always looking for article submissions to be featured in our CDI Strategies newsletter and the CDI Journal!
