The JW Marriott in the beautiful city of Indianapolis, Indiana, will host the conference sessions and a portion of the sleeping rooms, while the exhibit hall will be hosted in the Indiana Convention Center. The hotel cut-off date is Friday, March 15, 2024, for the three hotel options with rooms reserved for the conference, so make sure to book yours soon!
The ACDIS team encourages all attendees to book their rooms before the room block cut-off to get the best rate. Indianapolis is in the path of totality for the solar eclipse on April 8, 2024, and the city expects to see heavy tourist traffic as a result.
