Conference corner: Hotel cut-off date April 8
If you have not yet booked your hotel room for the 2022 ACDIS conference taking place May 2-5 in Orlando, the time to do so is now!
You can book your room at the Gaylord Palms in Kissimmee, Florida, starting at $229.00 single/double occupancy (inclusive of the resort fee) for standard rooms.
Attendees are able to make their hotel reservations online at: https://book.passkey.com/go/ACDIS2022GP. However, if you prefer to make your hotel reservation by phone, the hotel reservation number is 407-586-2000. Please reference ACDIS 2022.
All reservations will need to be guaranteed with a deposit of one night’s room & tax at the time of booking; deposits are refundable for cancellations three days/72 hours prior to the arrival date.
All reservations must be received via reservation link or individual call-in no later than Friday, April 8, 2022 (hotel cut-off date). After the hotel cut-off date, additional reservations will be accepted on a space-available basis.
