Local chapter update: Ask your members for meeting topic ideas

CDI Strategies - Volume 16, Issue 35

It can be a struggle for many local chapter leaders to plan meeting topics, not to mention get a good turnout for the meeting. One of the best ways to garner interest is to simply ask your members what they’d like to learn. Educational opportunities for CDI are always important, but they are much more valued when catered to the needs of the many. You can make a survey for your members asking what topics they’d be interested in hearing about and what ideas they have, sent out via email or even as part of your next meeting.

For the best turnout of responses, make sure your membership roster is updated. You can request a roster from ACDIS at any time by filling out the ACDIS Local Chapter Leadership Request survey.

The following is a list of upcoming events for ACDIS local chapters. Visit your local chapter’s webpage on the ACDIS site for additional information about upcoming meetings. To join a chapter if you haven’t already or to update your chapter contact information/affiliation, click here.
