Local chapter update: Check out the list of inactive chapters, see what it takes to gather in your state!

CDI Strategies - Volume 17, Issue 14

While ACDIS is happy to work with roughly 30 active and engaged local chapters, we also take note of many locations currently lacking a central group for their CDI community. The chance to network, educate, and engage with CDI professionals in your area is a considerable benefit ACDIS seeks to offer all in the profession. If you are interested in starting a local chapter or sparking new life into an inactive one, check out our Local Chapter Leadership Toolkit for a detailed guide on the very first steps (under the “Getting Started” section).

The following list shows all states that have yet to organize a chapter:

  • Alaska
  • Delaware
  • Kansas
  • Mississippi
  • Montana
  • Nebraska
  • New Mexico
  • North Dakota
  • Rhode Island

Also note that if you are a leader at any established chapter on either list above, the ACDIS national team does not have your current Local Chapter Agreement Form on file to consider the chapter active. Please reach out to the ACDIS team at info@acdis.org so we can work with you to file the agreement!

The following is a list of upcoming events for ACDIS local chapters. Visit your local chapter’s webpage on the ACDIS site for additional information about upcoming meetings. To join a chapter if you haven’t already or to update your chapter contact information/affiliation, click here.
