Local Chapter Update: Ohio local chapter's upcoming quarterly meeting

The Ohio ACDIS Chapter meets on March 23 at the University Hospitals’ customer service center in Highland Hills, in the lower level media room 1500. The registration begins at 5:15 p.m. and dinner and networking happen from 5:30-6 p.m. The first speaker will take the podium at 6 p.m. and the second at 7 p.m. Following the speakers’ presentations, there will be a short business meeting beginning at 8 p.m.
The speakers for this meeting are:
- Pauline O’Dowd, RN, BSc, CCRN, CCDS, CDIP, senior director of CDI for Huron Consulting, who is presenting “Engaging the Physician in CDI”
- Erica E. Remer, MD, FACEP, CCDS, founder and president of Erica Remer, MD, Inc., who is presenting “Clinical Validation and Denials Management”
The event is approved for two CCDS CEUs.
