Local chapter update: Review your chapter agreement forms before January!
December 26, 2024
CDI Strategies - Volume 18, Issue 57
With 2025 around the corner, it’s almost that time of year again for leaders to renew ACDIS Local Chapter Agreement Forms! We suggest you take the time to review the document now prior to the ACDIS team reaching out in January with a new form to sign, in case you have any questions.
Also, remember the following:
- This agreement form must be signed (either physically or electronically, e.g., ss://Jane Doe) by at least three core team volunteers from three different facilities annually
- Note: If three leaders from three different organizations cannot be secured, the existing leaders must complete the Memorandum of Understanding
- Core leaders who successfully complete one year of voluntary service are eligible for a discount on ACDIS national membership in the year following their service
- Leadership types to fulfill general chapter leadership responsibilities
As always, if you have any questions, reach out to us at info@acdis.org!
The following is a list of upcoming events for ACDIS local chapters! Visit your local chapter’s webpage on the ACDIS site for additional information about upcoming meetings. To join a chapter if you haven’t already or to update your chapter contact information/affiliation, click here.
