Local chapter update: Send us your spring chapter plans!

CDI Strategies - Volume 14, Issue 8

Punxsutawney Phil predicted an early spring on Groundhog Day this year and we can’t wait for warmer weather! Spring isn’t just about flowers and warming temperatures, though. It’s also prime time for local chapters and networking groups to host in-person meetings and set plans for later summer meetings.

ACDIS national is here to support local chapter and networking group events, helping you reach new attendees and execute successful events—large and small. The ACDIS leadership team is happy to sit in on your leadership meetings and event planning calls. One of the easiest ways we can help your chapter succeed, however, is by publicizing your event here in CDI Strategies, on the dedicated chapter pages, and on our social media platforms.

In order to help spread the news, though, chapter leaders need to send the following event details to ACDIS national:

  • Date and time of event
  • Location of the event
  • Event contact person
  • RSVP information or event flyers (if applicable)
  • Any other relevant agenda items as desired

These details should be sent to Associate Editorial Director Melissa Varnavas and Associate Editor Carolyn Riel. If you’re planning to apply for CCDS/CCDS-O continuing education credits, you can send all the details to us at the same time.

We look forward to hearing about your next event and helping you make it as successful as possible.

The following is a list of upcoming events for ACDIS local chapters. If you have an upcoming event you would like to include, please email Melissa Varnavas (mvarnavas@acdis.org) and Carolyn Riel (criel@acdis.org).
