Membership update: Help choose the theme for CDI Week 2017
It’s hard to believe, but CDI Week 2017 is less than 100 days away. Every year, facilities large and small celebrate the efforts of their CDI programs for one week in September. This year’s event takes place September 18-22. In the past, CDI departments held department parties, wore matching CDI-themed shirts, handed out CDI info cards, and much more. To help aid in the fun, ACDIS chooses a theme every year around which the activities form. This year, we need your help.
In the past, ACDIS’ CDI Week themes have spanned from “Paving the path to an accurate and complete health record” in 2011, to “CDI in concert” in 2016. This year, the ACDIS team narrowed down the many options to just three, but we need the help of ACDIS members to make the final call.
The choices are:
- Shoot for the stars
- The Wild West: New frontiers in CDI
- Watering your CDI garden
