We often refer to the annual CDI Salary Survey as one of the “tentpole” publications for ACDIS members each year, and for good reason: over the years, we’ve seen members leverage the data in the report to argue for salary raises, new titles, hiring new staff, new non-monetary benefits to improve employee satisfaction, and more.

And now, it’s your time to add your voice to the 2025 data!

In addition to the obviously included questions related to salary, this year’s survey also includes questions on job titles, hiring plans, non-salary benefits, remote work, unionization, AI’s impact on FTE needs, staffing numbers, required credentials for CDI professionals, raises, promotions, and more.

Whatever your role, background, or number of years in the CDI field, your experience matters, and the CDI Salary Survey allows the CDI community to share details anonymously about their compensation each year. 

The data collected from this survey helps provide perspective on the profession’s past, present, and future, and your response will help ensure that data is as accurate as possible!
