Local chapter update: Please respond to the virtual meeting leadership survey

CDI Strategies - Volume 16, Issue 45

During the height of the pandemic, many chapters opened their virtual meeting doors to attendees from outside their geographic region/chapter rosters. This helped CDI professionals access education virtually when they weren’t able to travel to in-person meetings. Additionally, some chapters went on hiatus during the pandemic and members were encouraged to join neighboring state chapters’ virtual meetings during that time.

While some chapters have continued to offer virtual meetings and allow non-chapter members to join in, ACDIS national knows others have sought to return to in-person meetings or have limited their virtual meetings to local members only. Naturally, this poses some confusion for those looking to join a chapter meeting outside their geographic area.

In an effort to provide greater clarity for members, we’d appreciate if you could take the time to fill out this brief survey regarding your chapter meetings: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/2022-chapter-virtual-meetings.

Based on your responses, we’ll include in your chapter event listings whether or not the meeting is open to out-of-state/non-chapter member attendees.

We appreciate your help!

The following is a list of upcoming events for ACDIS local chapters. Visit your local chapter’s webpage on the ACDIS site for additional information about upcoming meetings. To join a chapter if you haven’t already or to update your chapter contact information/affiliation, click here.
