ACDIS update: Leadership Council applications open for the 2024/2025 term!

Being put into a position of leadership is no small task and, in the swirling tornado of the CDI universe, this is especially the case.

This is precisely why ACDIS launched the ACDIS CDI Leadership Council in 2019.

Each year, ACDIS opens applications for the Leadership Council so that every industry leader has the chance to forge valuable relationships, advance strategic priorities, and illuminate industry trends through personalized networking experiences and insight-sharing. Right now, all eligible leaders can apply for the 2024/2025 term until Saturday, August 31, so submit your application now!

How does all this networking, problem-solving, and idea-sharing happen? Council members use our dedicated Council Forum thread to chat together, participate in Council-led panel discussions on survey data, and can present case studies from their organization on bimonthly webinars (while also earning ACDIS CEUs). Not to mention the monthly CDI Leadership Insider eNewsletter sent just to Council members, which allows them to share resources, experiences, and ask questions of their peers.

To join the Council, you need not be an ACDIS member or pay a fee—but you do need to be a current CDI leader with supervisory responsibilities (over staff, educational, or department decisions) employed by a healthcare provider organization.
