ACDIS update: Help us gather data for the 2025 CDI Salary Survey!
As the year begins to close, ACDIS is gathering data from the CDI community for our annual CDI Salary Survey! This publication is an important resource made available to ACDIS members, and we’ve seen members leverage the data from the report to argue for salary raises, new titles, hiring new staff, new non-monetary benefits to improve employee satisfaction, and more.
The 2025 CDI Salary Survey is open for responses through October 24, and helps provide perspective on the profession’s past, present, and future. Your response will help ensure that data is as accurate as possible, so click here to submit your experience!
In addition to questions related to salary, this year’s survey also includes questions on job titles, hiring plans, non-salary benefits, remote work, unionization, AI’s impact on FTE needs, staffing numbers, required credentials for CDI professionals, raises, promotions, and more.
This survey allows the CDI community to share details anonymously about their compensation each year, and whatever your role, background, or number of years in the CDI field, your experience matters!
