During open application periods, we encourage all eligible CDI leaders to apply to the ACDIS Leadership Council through our simple process! 

The Council application period is currently closed and will reopen in summer 2022. All applicants will be notified of membership appointments in September 2021.

Information for 2020/2021 applicants

The 2020/2021 ACDIS Leadership Council selection committee, who reviews applications and selects the Council membership, is comprised representatives from ACDIS and parent company HCPro.

All applicants received notice about whether they were accepted to the Council. This notice was provided by email on a rolling basis but no later than Friday, September 4, 2020.

Applicants who were accepted to the Council were asked to complete an acceptance survey to (1) attest that they’re able to meet minimum participation requirements for the membership term of September 1, 2020, through August 31, 2021, and (2) share additional feedback about the Council-sponsored leadership networking opportunities they’d find most valuable.
