ACDIS update: Does your CDI program help with medical necessity denials? Tell us in the latest poll!
Periodically, ACDIS posts a new poll on our website asking for your input. Whether based on a question from a fellow ACDIS member, CDI professional, or the ACDIS national team, these polls help us gather information for both the CDI community and future ACDIS content. The data we collect can be accessed and used by any CDI professional for the benefit of their own efforts or program where it’s saved on our website poll archive.
The newest poll asks a simple Yes/No question: “Is your CDI department involved in medical necessity denials?” Each response will help us better understand CDI programs’ growing involvement in the world of denials and these specific cases and will help CDI professionals like you to get a small insight into the industry’s denial trends.
