ACDIS update: Make your voice heard in the 2022 CDI Salary Survey
For more than 10 years, ACDIS has asked the CDI community to share about their compensation in our annual CDI Salary Survey. Whatever your role within the field, your experience will contribute to improving the accuracy of the data that will be released from these results.
CDI professionals have used the data from our salary surveys in multiple ways. If you are thinking about a salary proposal, using an accurate scope of what others in your role with similar demographics are getting can help build you a better case. If you are looking for a new job or position in this field, this information is a good reference point as you pick which roles to apply for. Additionally, leaders can take the information on staffing levels and use it to better support the case for additional positions in their departments or to get a better idea of what adding new roles would cost.
We encourage all CDI professionals to spend a few minutes and add your input. The aggregate results will be shared with the ACDIS community in a special report to be published in early 2023.
