ACDIS update: New audit, staff assessment, malnutrition query samples available now
The Forms & Tools Committee recently met to review several recently submitted materials for publication in the ACDIS Resource Library. These newly posted sample materials are all available for free to ACDIS members
While these samples aren’t a one-size-fits-all solution for all CDI programs everywhere, samples such as these in the Resource section of the website can be a starting point for developing your own forms, tools, policies, and procedures.
