ACDIS update: Provider engagement case study published, join us for the Quarterly Conference Call on February 20

CDI Strategies - Volume 14, Issue 7

ACDIS is pleased to debut a second case study in its Provider Engagement series, titled “Hybrid Engagement Model: Orlando Health, NYU Langone offer flexible approaches.” This case study covers how both organizations handle the pros and cons of having a hybrid remote and onsite CDI team and how to balance staff satisfaction with provider engagement needs. Download and read the case study here.

In the coming months, ACDIS members will receive additional white papers, case studies, and the opportunity to participate in and receive the results of a national survey on provider engagement and its relationship to CDI chart review productivity.

The organizations featured in the latest release will also be featured on the Thursday, February 20, Quarterly Membership Conference Call. ACDIS members can register for the call by visiting the call archives page on the ACDIS website. Call instructions will also be sent to members via email.

After registering for the call, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the webinar. Please not that this is an ACDIS membership benefit and only available to ACDIS members. Please do not share dial-in instructions.

Make sure to dial into the call at least 10 minutes early due to high caller volume. We look forward to discussing the latest case study with you!

Editor’s Note: This call qualifies for one (1) continuing education credit for Certified Clinical Documentation Specialist (CCDS)/CCDS-Outpatient (CCDS-O) holders. To obtain this credit, you must complete the KeySurvey link which will be available shortly following the call. ACDIS members can go back in the call archives one calendar year to obtain credits from the calls they may have missed.
