ACDIS update: Quarterly Membership Conference Call today, May 17

CDI Strategies - Volume 12, Issue 20

ACDIS members are invited to participate in today’s quarterly conference call at 1 p.m. eastern. During the call, the ACDIS Advisory Board and members of the ACDIS administration team will discuss the new ACDIS white paper, “The pros and cons of remote CDI: Evaluate before you implement.”

The paper presents a look at the advantages and disadvantages of remote CDI. It’s intended for CDI managers/directors and HIM directors/administrators with CDI oversight who are considering whether to implement remote CDI wholly or partially. It is also applicable to CDI staff reviewers who might be pondering remote work and/or switching to working on-site.

ACDIS members can register for today’s call by visiting the call archive page on the ACDIS website. Call instructions have also been sent to members via email. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the webinar.

Please note that this is an ACDIS membership benefit and only available to ACDIS members. Please do not share the dial in instructions.

Make sure to dial into the call at least 10 minutes early due to the high caller volume. We look forward to discussing this new white paper with you.

Note: This call qualifies for one (1) continuing education credit for Certified Clinical Documentation Specialist (CCDS) holders. To obtain this credit, you must complete the KeySurvey link which will be available shortly following the call. ACDIS members can go back in the call archives one calendar year to obtain credits from the calls they may have missed.
