Here are a few things we’d like to keep on
your radar for the end of 2018 and early 2019.

All of us here at ACDIS are looking forward to some time with family and friends as we enter the holiday season in earnest, and we hope you are too. As we wind down the year, there are a few things we’d like to keep on your radar for the end of 2018 and early 2019.

ACDIS National events:

  • Join Brian Murphy and industry guests Katy Good, RN, RBS, CCS, CCDS, and Jeff Morris, RN, BSN, CCDS, on Wednesday, December 19, 11:30 a.m., for the last episode of ACDIS Radio in 2018. Click here to register to listen live.
  • Submit your 2019 ACDIS Conference poster presentation applications by January 4, 2019. Click here for more details.
  • Join William E. Haik, MD, FCCP, CDIP, for a 90-minute webinar on Thursday, January 24, 2019, 1-2:30 p.m., titled “CC/MCCs for CDI: Clinical indicators and query opportunities.” Click here to learn more and to register.

ACDIS Local Chapter events:

  • The Maine ACDIS chapter meets Thursday, December 20, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., at St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center in the Lepage Large Conference Room in Lewiston. For information, contact Tammy Jutras (tjutras@stmarysmaine.com).
