Local chapter update: It’s time to sign your annual Local Chapter Leadership Agreement!
Last week, local chapter and networking group leaders received an email from ACDIS Editor Jess Fluegel with the local chapter agreement form which must be filled out annually.
Leaders should be sure to read over the agreement, sign, and return it by January 31.
While you may have as many unofficial chapter leaders as you like, serving in roles such as secretary and treasurer, three main leaders must sign the agreement form, each working at a different organization.
Please note that failure to complete the Leadership Agreement form will result in your chapter being considered inactive and your ability to request resources, discounts, and CEUs from ACDIS national will be severely limited.
If you are a current chapter leader looking to step down and need to find someone to fill your role, reach out to the ACDIS team (info@acdis.org) for assistance with finding a replacement.
To submit a completed agreement, send a signed copy of the contract to Jess Fluegel at jess.fluegel@hcpro.com.
