April:

  • The Central Pennsylvania ACDIS chapter meets Friday, April 22, 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., via webinar. For information, contact Courtney Spangler (cspangler@gbmc.org).
  • The Indiana ACDIS chapter meets Friday, April 22, 12 p.m., via webinar for a lunch and learn. The topic is CVA/stroke documentation and specificity. For information, contact Sarah Booker (sara.masters@ascension.org).
  • The Arizona ACDIS chapter meets Friday, April 22, 12–1:30 p.m., via webinar. The topic is patient safety indicators presented by Christel Kemble. For information, contact Sydni Johnson (Sydni.Johnson@bannerhealth.com).

  • The Minnesota ACDIS chapter meets Wednesday, April 27. The program is titled “Searching for Underlying Cause: Why is Symptom Etiology Coding So Difficult?” presented by Leigh Poland, RHIA, CCS, executive director for education at AGS health.   • The Tennessee ACDIS chapter meets Friday, April 29, 1–2 p.m., via webinar. The program is titled “What’s the Risk?
